Security and Confidentiality

• Client confidentiality will be maintained at all times. 
• Client details will be kept private, never shared with a 3rd party and only used for the purpose of caring for your dog.
• Paw Genius Dog Training may use videos and photos taken during training sessions with your dog on their website and social media pages. However if you would prefer to have no photos/videos taken please let me know.

Terms and conditions

• Session cancellations – If you need to change the date of an individual session or wish to cancel, you must give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
• Payment is required at the time of booking or before the session starts.
• Paw Genius Dog Training has the authority to terminate the contract immediately if they believe continuing with the session poses a significant risk to the dog, other animals involved, the owner or other individuals.
• Paw Genius Dog Training cannot guarantee any individual dog’s ability to learn and/or understand the cues given.  
• For the training to have a lasting effect we require commitment from the client to work with their dog in between sessions and in the long term.
• Paw Genius Dog Training is insured with Protectivity insurance, however any accident or injury during our session will not be covered if you have failed to use appropriate equipment or failed to follow our advice.
• The client agrees Paw Genius Dog Training will not be liable for any injury, death or property damage resulting from the training, counselling or advice supplied.
• If the dog causes property damage, or bites or injures any dog, animal or person the client agrees full responsibility and liability for any injury, death or property damage and the client agrees to pay all resulting losses and damages suffered or incurred.
• All dogs known to bite or cause injury are advised to wear a muzzle. Paw Genius Dog Training takes no responsibility for dogs who are not muzzled or not kept under control during our session.
• Dogs must always be kept under the client’s full control. Paw Genius Dog Training take no responsibility for dogs out of control. The client acknowledges that the dog’s behaviour now and in the future is solely the client’s responsibility. 
• Should any injury or death occur to you, your dog or any other person or animal during a session at either your home, on any premises or public place while training it is not the responsibility of Paw Genius Dog Training.
• Client acknowledges that Paw Genius Dog Training has not advised, promised or guaranteed that the dog will never bite, be dangerous or vicious in the future or that the dog will never exhibit other behavioural problems.
• The client confirms that all details given regarding the dog’s behaviour are correct to the best of their knowledge.
• If WhatsApp or e-mail support is offered it is up to the client to maintain contact.
• The client acknowledges that he/she has carefully read this agreement, understands its contents and agrees to the terms and conditions.
